Volunteers Make Festival a Success
The 67th Annual Fairhope Arts and Crafts Festival would not be possible without the hardworking volunteers who commit their time and energy to this prestigious juried show each year.
“The members of this committee are amazing – so many of them have been on the committee for years and now their children are on it so it makes for a really close group of people that are all passionate about making every years show the best one ever,” said Festival Chairman Jodi Keating.
More than 120 volunteers, representing service clubs, chamber businesses and individuals participate in the event. The success of the festival hinges on the dedication and extensive involvement of every committee that makes up the arts and crafts committee. Every part is important. We do a volunteer drive in the fall to recruit new volunteers to be a part of this group of mostly Fairhope residents.
