What time is registration?
What time can I set up?
The festival streets have to be COMPLETELY CLEARED of all vehicles. The streets will close at 5 pm and the police will open them when the streets are clear for artists to come in and set up. NO EXCEPTIONS. You MUST have your parking pass on your dashboard to be allowed past the barricades.
What is my booth number?
The pre-assigned booth numbers will be given to the artists prior to the festival at a time deemed by the committee.
I'm coming in after registration is over, what do I do?
No problem, your booth number and a copy of the festival map will be posted in the window of The Balcony on Church Street and Another Broken Egg. The address is 300 Fairhope Avenue - The Balcony is upstairs and Another Broken Egg is downstairs (where registration will take place).
It is located behind the Fairhope K-1 Center for artists and food vendors on a first come, first serve basis. Space is very limited, and you must have your parking pass on display. We can give you names of RV parks or hotels.
Can I set up in the morning?
YES, your booth must be ready Friday Morning by 9 a.m. for judges review.
When is the Awards Dinner?
The Award's Dinner is Friday night immediately following the close of the Festival at the Fairhope Civic Center.
